About Supernormal
Supernormal Buildability Consultants Inc. supports architects, builders, and homeowners working on high-performance residential projects.
Our work focuses on translating design intent into details and assemblies that can be built efficiently, coordinated clearly, and perform reliably on site.
Founded by Connor Malloy, professor at George Brown College and instructor with Passive House Canada.

How We Support Projects
• Assembly and detail review
• Buildability and sequencing input
• Window and enclosure strategy
• Airtightness diagnostics and enclosure testing
• Mechanical system coordination
• On-site review during key construction stages
How We Work
Supernormal supports both individual projects and broader team education initiatives.
Project support may include custom homes, multi-family projects, and accessory dwelling units, with consulting focused on buildability, enclosure strategy, sequencing, and on-site review.
In addition to project consulting, Supernormal also works with builders and project teams through targeted training and educational workshops focused on practical building science and high-performance construction.
